HOW DOES IT WORK?
The students can connect to the online classroom from their home, office or any place with a dependable internet connection, and they can use their own tablets, iPads or smartphones in case their desktops do not have a webcam. We recommend a headset for optimal voice clarity.
We also have live technical support in case of any technical issues. During absence due to work overload or illness, our team member can view the chat box for spelling or writing, as well as the whiteboard, to document new material taught and send this to students for review along with the recording of the lesson if needed. The class schedule will remain the same.
Prior to the training, our admin support will e-mail each student the link to join their online classroom. Once they click on the link, they will automatically join their online class with their instructor and fellow classmates.

The unique designed Lingua Learn website can be updated with the latest courses available within minutes. These unique ‘dynamic pages’ are full e-commerce allowing students to enroll and make payment for groups they want to join real-time.

Our CRM allows you to configure all your social media and WhatsApp messages to arrive in one convenient application. This will allow you to broadcast promotional messages to students on the WhatsApp platform.

There is also an integrated CRM so you can keep all your client details for tracking monitoring and business growth tool.

Upon signing the agreement and deposit being transferred the Lingua Learn domain name will be transferred to your organization. This will be based on your country for which the Franchise has been purchased.

Full training on all the Lingua Learn processes of each department will be provided before the site goes live and refresher training can also be organised after the site is live. The training is by the following departments with the mentioned durations.

• Lingua Learn products and services (Academic team) 2.5 hours
• Lingua Learn processes (Academic team) 2.5 hours
• Marketing and social media (Marketing team) 5 hours
• Corporate Sales & Google Training (Corporate Director) 4 Hours
• Pre live training (2 hours)

Full access and support from Lingua Learn
You will be assigned a ‘Lingua Learn Franchise Support’ person from the moment the Franchise Agreement is signed. This person will support, guide, encourage and mentor you in every aspect; be it HR, sales, social media marketing, administration and/or coordination, for the duration of you running your language school.

Full access to all Lingua Learn contracted teachers
Our teachers are the key to our success. As a franchisee you will have access to over 200 teachers covering 15 languages and other ‘subject teachers’. All our teachers are native speakers of the target language, degree educated and have teaching qualifications in the target language.
All teachers are contracted to Lingua Learn at negotiated hourly rates (depending on the target language and the teacher’s country base.)
You can also employ your own teachers (freelance or full-time) and our HR team will always be available to support you with this by way of interviewing, demo lessons and negotiation if required.
Corporate client support including HubSpot
An important part of your business growth will be within the corporate market. Our Lingua Learn Hubs deal with many global organisations, and you will receive full training from our Corporate Director on growing this part of your Lingua Learn Franchise.
We also provide HubSpot which is a specific CRM suited for the corporate market. This will be integrated into your e-mail (if required) so you can monitor and maintain your corporate database.
HubSpot allows you to track all your e-mails, set reminders and write notes on discussions had with corporate clients, which all result in simplifying the sales process.

Royalty Fees

Royalty fees are paid on all products and services sold by your franchise. This fee is paid monthly in arrears and goes toward the continued support supplied by Lingua Learn head office. The royalty fees reduce on a sliding scale the higher revenue you achieve per month. Below is a breakdown of costing:

• 12.5 % royalty fees for up to 30,000 USD per month
• 11 % royalty fees for up to 60,000 USD per month
• 9.5% royalty fees for up to 120,000 USD per month
• 8 % royalty fees for 120,000+ USD per month
• Franchise license for the whole of South Africa
